Founder and Managing Attorney
Alliana Stiller is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Concordia Family Law, where she provides experienced, strategic, and compassionate representation in family law and estate planning matters across Texas and in cross-border contexts. Her practice focuses on helping clients resolve complex domestic and international family issues with clarity, empathy, and precision.
At Concordia Family Law, Alliana emphasizes an amicable divorce philosophy, encouraging early settlement, negotiation, and mediation whenever possible. She believes that resolving matters at an early stage often preserves not only dignity, but also significant financial resources and emotional well-being, allowing families to avoid the high costs and strain associated with prolonged litigation. Her approach is grounded in helping clients make thoughtful, informed decisions that protect their long-term interests while minimizing unnecessary conflict.
When settlement efforts do not succeed despite sincere and diligent attempts, Alliana is fully prepared to advocate for her clients through litigation to protect their rights and interests.
Alliana brings a distinctive perspective to family law matters involving business ownership, real estate, and financially complex marital estates. Her background in business, finance, and quantitative analysis allows her to approach property division, support, and estate planning with precision and strategic insight, particularly in cases involving high-value or cross-border assets.
She is a distinguished credentialed mediator by Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and arbitrator with extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including family and custody matters. Her mediation-first approach is informed by years of international legal practice and advanced training in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Alliana earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Houston Law Center and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also completed graduate studies in international arbitration at the National University of Singapore and received her foundational legal education in international law.
