Alliana earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Houston Law Center and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also completed graduate studies in international arbitration at the National University of Singapore and received her foundational legal education in international law. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Missouri and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

She earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston and holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, a background that enhances her insight into family dynamics and dispute resolution. This experience supports her ability to anticipate issues, guide settlement discussions thoughtfully, and collaborate effectively within the legal team while maintaining a mediation-first approach.
Victoria is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas and Utah State Bar. She works with clients in English and Russian and is committed to providing thoughtful, cost-effective legal guidance grounded in professionalism and respect.
